Meet Mother Behind the Brand: Heather Strupkus

Heather has been working for Donald Ross Sportswear for 14 years and counting, now currently our Vice President of Customer Care, and our Print Designer. 

Her work with us involves her leading the development and execution of customer service strategies, ensuring exceptional experiences and satisfaction. 

Heather also oversees team management, process optimization, and collaboration across departments to drive customer-centric initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 

Of course it goes without saying, Heather is a huge asset to our team at Donald Ross Sportswear and we are proud to have the opportunity to highlight her success with the company this Mother’s Day. 

Heather’s Personal Bio:

Heather attended Kent State University in Ohio, earning a Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising. Prior to joining Donald Ross, she worked in the dance apparel industry as a graphic designer. Since joining Donald Ross in 2010 as a customer service rep, she has continued to progress within the company.

She is able to do so from the comfort of her home in Ohio, where she resides with her husband of 13 years, their three children, and their dog and cat.

Heather’s Favorite Polo from Spring 24:

Her favorite polo from this new Spring collection is the Roland, because it so colorful and fun. It makes her want to go somewhere tropical!

Outside of this new Spring 2024 season, she ensures customers can look forward to amazing prints in fabulous colors with our future collections. Each season gets better than the last in her opinion!

Heather’s Mother’s Day Plans

This year, Heather and her family will probably have a ‘lazy’ day with no chores or cooking, and if the weather is nice go to the park for some hiking.
