We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you would like a new size, we ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item by clicking “start return process”.
Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders will be processed within 2 full business days of the order being placed (excluding weekends). Should you make an order over the weekend, we kindly ask for your patience as an additional day may be needed for processing and shipment. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Additionally, during sale promotions, NO ADJUSTMENTS TO PRIOR PURCHASES will be made.
ECOM ORDERS WITH EMBROIDERY
For orders with embroidery, please note that they are custom-made, requiring an additional 2-3 business days for completion. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure meticulous craftsmanship for your item. NOTE: Embroidered items are part of specific promotions. Private, 3rd party, or custom embroidery is not available.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
All orders are shipped through FedEx. We apologize as we do not ship through US Mail, UPS, DHL, or any other shipping companies not mentioned. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories is NOT currently available.
Complimentary Domestic Ground shipping on orders of $200 or more. All orders outside of the U.S. are excluded.
For international orders shipping outside the U.S., please be aware that customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Additionally, the recipient may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed by the destination country (“Import Fees”). As the importer of record, the recipient is liable for all such Import Fees. Saturday delivery is not available.
Ground Shipping orders will typically arrive within 5 to 7 days (not including holidays). Standard shipping is available for orders to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Saturday delivery is not available.
2-DAY SHIPPING VIA FEDEX
Standard shipping rates apply. 2-Day shipping orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, not including weekends or holidays). For Rural Routes and remote locations, 2-Day Shipping orders usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days. Saturday delivery is not available.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING VIA FEDEX
Standard shipping rates apply. Orders must be placed by 10:30am EST to qualify for same day shipping (Excludes any custom embroidered items. Add an additional 1-2 days for embroidery to be completed). Overnight Shipping orders usually arrive the following business day (not including weekends or holidays). For Rural Routes and remote locations, 1-Day shipping orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Saturday delivery is not available.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
NO ADJUSTMENTS TO PRIOR PURCHASES – We do not provide price adjustments or price matching to prior purchases – no exceptions. This policy applies to any sales promotions, gift-with-purchase offers, or any or all other promotional events.
Returns are only accepted through orders placed through the Donald Ross E-Commerce web site. We are unable to accept returns of items purchased from Golf Shops and Country Clubs. Those transactions must take place through the original retailer. Donald Ross Sportswear will gladly accept a return of items that are in new condition with original tags. Items washed, worn, stained, or altered will not be accepted.
We do not accept exchanges at this time, but we will gladly accept a return that meets the criteria detailed above. If you would like a new size, we ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. Please reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions regarding this policy or need further assistance with your order.
Full-Price merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. The original shipping charges are not eligible for a refund. Please allow 1-2 weeks for a refund of your purchase.
All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, and free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit.
Sale-Price Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. All goods marked as ‘final sale’ will not be eligible for a return
International returns:
All shipping costs are at the customers expense.
INELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:
Any custom embroidered garments are ineligible for a return.
Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Returning a Gift:
If you are sending back items you received as a gift and do not have the original packing slip, please include the name of the gift giver. The purchaser will not be notified about your return unless requested. Items can be refunded for value of items at purchase or can be returned for a gift card.
